 Shri Shakti Cylinders Pvt Ltd, established in 1983, for meeting India's growing demand of LPG Cylinders and cater to India's Oil and Gas requirements. We manufacture cylinders as per IS 3196 (Part-1 )and STI, under certification by the Bureau of Indian Standards(BIS) and regulatory supervision of Prevention of Explosives and Safety Organisation (PESO - Formly CCOE).  The entire manufacturing process operates on the " Quality first approach" of anticipation and prevention, to ensure excellence in product quality. Cylinder quality is ensured right from material procurement to the final inspection of the finished cylinder by our dedicated workforce using our inhouse systematic quality control software. 

No effort is spared for securing and ensuring the safe performance of our cylinders. Our cylinders are manufactured in complete compliance with the requirement specifications of our customers. The cylinders are checked for leak-proof under hydraulic pressure at 25 kg/cm2. Lastly, the sample cylinders in every batch are tested by exerting constant internal pressure until they burst which occurs between 80 — 100 kgfcm2.

We are the first cylinder manufacturer in the country to obtain Quality Management Systems certification (IS/ISO 9001) in 1995 itself, which was acknowledged and was rewarded by BPCL by issuing us a bonus 10,000 cylinders order.  Due to our emphasis on quality, we are proud to have  conducted  training programs for IOC, HPC & BPC plant officers several times in our plant. 

We are proud to have hosted ME -16 (which formulates specifications and standards for LPG Cylinders in India) meeting in 1998 wherein BIS DG Mr.P.S. Das, CMD Chief, all BIS Directors of different states, CCOE Nagpur, Dy CCOE along with DGM —LPG- IOCL Mr. B.L.Bansal, Mr.Sunil dey BPCL, HPCL&OITC officials attended. We shared our developments with all cylinder manufacturers, valve and regulator manufacturers, during their visit to our plant.

We  supply 5kg,14.2kg &19kg cylinders primarily to IOCL, BPCL & HPC and  supplied 12.5kg cylinders to British Petroleum Energy India P Ltd. Shri Shakti has also successfully exported 20,000 Cylinders to Shri Lanka as per SLS 1178.

Shri Shakti Cylinders is also the first manufacturer to design, implement our very own QR based Quality control systems for all critical manufacturing stages to eliminate human errors to improve cylinder quality to the highest standards. Shri Shakti Cylinders has also recently launched an Technology Subsidairy, Shri Shakti Opstech, to address various problems in the shopfloor through technology. . We continue to be a major contributor to the industry by innovating and presenting our various quality solutions every year.
